Being first time home buyers, we were terrified and skeptical because of all the negative things we heard from various nay sayers about realtors, but Cheryl Lynn, with her knowledge in the field and friendly personality reassured us and made our journey both fun and exciting… it was just like hanging out with a friend. She walked us through every step (“baby steps”) and explained everything making it sound so easy. Also, through this process we had our 4-year old son with us (at inspection time - the whole exteded family!)and she had so much patience, which meant a great deal to us.

Cheryl Lynn did an excellent job helping us find a house. We had looked at a few before with other agents until she showed us one. She was the first realtor to take our needs into consideration, so we stuck with her! We had looked at many houses, about six months of hard looking before we found the right one. There are probably not that many agents out there that would look that long and hard and still have so much patience and reassurance that we would find the perfect home. Cheryl Lynn did all that. No matter what kind of house we wanted to look at she was there, she even went into some dark and dingy basements with us and some of them were pretty scary. We will definately be recommending her to everyone.
